JAYAA – THE PRODUCTION HOUSE | CASTING ENQUIRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Nature of Submission: This document constitutes a preliminary casting enquiry and registration request only. Submission of this form, including any personal data, physical attributes, images, or portfolio links, does not constitute an offer, confirmation of audition, guarantee of employment, project assignment, agency representation, partnership, membership, or a guarantee of future work or engagement by JAYAA – The Production House.

2. Voluntary Submission & Accuracy: Submission of this form is entirely voluntary. The applicant (or parent/legal guardian in case of minors) is solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of all information and documents submitted. Any misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided herein may lead to immediate rejection of the enquiry without prior notice.

3. Evaluation & Image Usage: Any photographs, video reels, or audio clips submitted are for evaluation purposes only. JAYAA – The Production House is authorized to store, process, and review these materials internally. No contractual relationship is established via this evaluation process.

4. Child Safety & Minor Consent: In compliance with applicable child safety and protection guidelines in India, if the applicant is a minor (under the age of 18), this form must be completed and authorized by a parent or legally recognized guardian. The parent or guardian hereby acknowledges and understands the nature of commercial casting enquiries involving minors and consents to future communications regarding appropriate opportunities.

5. Record Maintenance & Privacy Policy: JAYAA – The Production House shall maintain records of this enquiry in accordance with its internal data retention policies and applicable Indian privacy laws (including the Information Technology Act, 2000). Incomplete applications will not be processed. Duplicate enquiries may be systematically rejected. All decisions of JAYAA – The Production House regarding evaluation, shortlisting, and communication shall remain final and binding.
